Children’s Cottage Vacation Policy

• Available after 90-day probation period

• Benefit for full-time employees only

• After 90-day Probation the employee is awarded 10 hours vacation

• Each following month earn 3.33 hours of vacation

• Vacation hours are capped at 80 hours
